Welcome to Modern Chic! Thoughtfully designed to create a unique and low-profile vacation rental. This home comfortably accommodates a group of 6; family, friends or those traveling for work. Conveniently located 8 minutes to downtown historic Lake Elmo and 12 minutes to Historic Stillwater, the birthplace of Minnesota! 15 minutes to Woodbury and 25 minutes from MSP airport. Just a few minutes from a multitude of conveniences such as grocery stores, Target and restaurants.
Designed with modern and well-equipped interior spaces, this urban oasis features expansive windows that bring in natural light accentuating the lovely textures and minimalistic features of the home. The entire home is 3 bedrooms, living room, deck, laundry, 2 bathrooms and a fully stocked kitchen. Although simple and fresh, each bedroom has plenty of drawer and hanging space to tuck away your belongings during your stay.
As a Premier Vacation Rental Company, Property Manager provides its guests fresh towels, linens, and many other necessities such as dish soap, dishwasher/laundry tabs, shampoo/body lotion. We also provide you a complimentary deluxe vanity kit in each bathroom, with many personal necessities that may have been forgotten.
Situated in a peaceful and private setting across the street from Lake Olson. Wonderful for fishing, kayaks or paddle boarding. Boat access to Lake Olson is by a navigable channel from Demontreville Lake (no direct access or private dock from the home). Beyond two sliding doors is a deck, great for gathering your group to soak up the surroundings, enjoy your morning coffee or watch the bluegills across the lake. This vacation home is a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of the city.

• All guests must be over the age of 25, unless part of a family unit. Verification may be required.
• All check-ins are contactless! To provide this service, we require a photo of yourself holding your ID to verify your identity, to be emailed or texted to our reservations department prior to check-in. No exceptions. (Please be aware that we do not have staff available to meet guests in person on site for this purpose.)
• Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require additional credit card documentation.
• A Property Manager Rental Agreement must be signed prior to arrival. This will require that you provide us with your email address. Please inquire about the terms and conditions prior to booking. More info can be found on the Property Manager website, under Guest Services - Rental Policies.
• No smoking inside of the home. This includes e-cigarette and vape.
• This property may have a noise monitoring device on the interior of the home. Additional noise monitoring devices may be located in gathering spaces on the exterior of the home, as well.
• No events! This home is designed for families and responsible adults. Restrictions include, but are not limited to: Weddings and wedding celebrations, bachelorette/bachelor gatherings, and reunions.
• No pets allowed!
• Please note that you are staying in a private home and not a hotel. We expect that you will treat it with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to resolve them as quickly as we are able.
• Consumable amenities provided by Property Manager are not refilled during stay.
• Quiet Hours: 10PM-7AM. We love our neighbors! Please be respectful of the permanent residents on either side of this property.
• Direct bookings or other online booking sources may be subject to a 3% cancellation fee.
Deviation from these rules can result in an eviction from the premises with no refund, as stated in the signed rental agreement.
