At 2,134 square feet, this home is the perfect getaway for small groups or families with children and can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. Inside the house, you will find modern and beautifully decorated furnishings designed to make you feel right at home. On the main level you’ll find a stunning modern kitchen stocked with everything you’ll need to create the perfect meal or snack, as well as a stunningly decorated dining area, bright living room complete with a fire place for curling up next to. The main level also has a full bathroom and 2 beautiful bedrooms. One with a twin trundle, the other with a Queen. Walk upstairs and you’ll find a massive but private master King suite. A small seating area, and bathroom complete the upper level. You’ll want to consider a day in bed when you see this beautiful bedroom. Fulton Gates also offers a fenced, private backyard with a stone patio, grill, and table with seating for everyone. Fulton Gates will be your new go to when you’re staying in Minneapolis! Verification may be required. • All check-ins are contactless! To provide this service, we require a photo of yourself holding your ID to verify your identity, to be emailed or texted to our reservations department prior to check-in. No exceptions. (Please be aware that we do not have staff available to meet guests in person on site for this purpose.) • Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require additional credit card documentation. • A Property Manager Rental Agreement must be signed prior to arrival. This will require that you provide us with your email address. Please inquire about the terms and conditions prior to booking. This includes e-cigarette and vape. • This property may have a noise monitoring device on the interior of the home. Additional noise monitoring devices may be located in gathering spaces on the exterior of the home, as well. • No events! This home is designed for families and responsible adults. Restrictions include, but are not limited to: Weddings and wedding celebrations, bachelorette/bachelor gatherings, and reunions. • Dogs only allowed with “Pet Friendly” listings. Please provide prior notice to Property Manager team if you plan to bring your pet. Pet fee required (fee dependent on dog count, starting at $150). • Please note that you are staying in a private home and not a hotel. We expect that you will treat it with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to resolve them as quickly as we are able. • Consumable amenities provided by Property Manager are not refilled during stay. • Quiet Hours: 10PM-7AM. We love our neighbors! Please be respectful of the permanent residents on either side of this property. • Direct bookings or other online booking sources may be subject to a 3% cancellation fee. Deviation from these rules can result in an eviction from the premises with no refund, as stated in the signed rental agreement.
