Steps from the historic downtown Excelsior, you will not be disappointed with the award-winning selection of restaurants, as well as breweries, theaters, music venues, boutique shopping, and specialty markets. This iconic town of Excelsior is just minutes from the big city! As you first step into this home you will be drawn to the spacious dining area and gourmet kitchen. The perfect gathering space for creating memories to last a lifetime. A large living room complete with gas fireplace, to gather and enjoy a movie or a glass of wine with friends. After a night of restful sleep, sip your morning coffee on the front porch while planning the day. The main level of this home features a large gourmet kitchen with granite countertops and stainless appliances. There’s also a mud room/pantry, center island seating, large dining room, a half bathroom, and cozy living area with a gas fireplace to take the chill out of the evenings. The upper level provides large bedrooms and lots of windows with beautiful views! The king master suite boasts a massive spa bathroom complete with a soaking tub, oversized shower, laundry, sizeable closet, and double vanity. A beautiful queen ensuite is just down the hall from the master and includes a full bathroom with tub. Head down to the lower level for the third bedroom with queen bed and quaint living area with smart TV. A nice getaway from the rest of the house for winding down at the end of a long day Excelsior Cottage also has kid friendly amenities to make it easier for you to visit with kids. -Pack and play including two sheets (stored in the master closet) -Kids-specific bath soap (stored in the master closet) -Highchair and booster seat (stored in closet by front door) -Kids toys geared toward the 4-and-under crowd (in basement play area) -Night lights (stored in the master closet) We know you’ll love this home and want to return year after year! A beautiful destination or staycation awaits. *HOUSE RULES* • All guests must be over the age of 25 unless part of a family unit. Verification may be required. • All check-ins are ’self’ and contactless! To provide this service we require a selfie of you holding your ID to verify your identity prior to check-in. • Bookings made within 10 days of arrival will require additional documentation. • Our Rental Agreement must be signed prior to arrival. This will require your email address. • No smoking inside of the home. • NO EVENTS - This home is designed for families and responsible adults. Restrictions include, but are not limited to: Weddings and wedding celebrations, Bachelorette/bachelor gatherings, and reunions. • NO PETS ALLOWED • Please respect the home and clean up after yourself! • Quiet Hours – 10PM-7AM. We love our neighbors!! Please be respectful of the permanent residents on either side of this property. Deviation from these rules can result in an eviction from the premises with no refund, as stated in the signed rental agreement. Each reservation is charged a non-refundable $60 fee for a Damage Protection Waiver (DPW). The DPW is designed to protect you from charges up to $1000 for accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear. If any damages surpass $1000, additional charges will be applied to the credit card on file, and written documentation will be sent to the guest. If damages are determined to be caused by willful misconduct, misuse, or pets, the DPW will be voided on the grounds of intentional acts, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct by the guest, licensee of guests, or visitors. These occurrences will result in the guest being charged in full for any damages and fees. The DPW does not cover any additional fees or fines. All accidental damages must be reported to the Property Manager office before departure to qualify for protection.
