Welcome to our lovely Villa Great Escape in the background of the picturesque town of Primosten. In peaceful surroundings with beautiful sea views, this spacious and modern villa can accommodate up to 10 people in 5 bedrooms.
Its interior, for which earthy tones and wooden details were chosen, will make you feel at home. An open-concept, fully equipped kitchen, and dining room are connected to the cozy living area. From here you can directly step outside to the spacious terrace with the lounge area.
A wonderful pool with a heating option is also right here. Just lay down on one of the sun loungers and relax with a glass of your favorite cocktail.
On the ground floor, you can find three bedrooms, all of them with an en-suite bathroom. The remaining rooms are situated on the first floor, also with a private bathroom.

Payment and Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
