Visit this beautiful Villa Riposo with heated Pool in Umag, Istria. The beautiful -star Villa can accommodate 10 people and is a perfect spot to spend a relaxing holiday in the nature of Istria.
The house has 5 bedrooms, 3 with double beds, 1 with a king-sized bed and 1 with twin beds. All the bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom. On the ground floor, you will find the modern fully equipped kitchen and spacious living room.
The outdoor area is the best part of the Villa. The swimming pool has 16m2, it even has a 4m2 part for children where the depth is 40 cm. Pool heating with heat pump available on request from 7.5.-1.10. for an extra charge of 200 € per week - temperature depends on the weather. Next to the Pool, you will find the lovely terrace of 40m2 where you can relax and catch some colour in the sun.

Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
