This charming penthouse with private terrace is located on the second floor of a typical Positano-style family house. The house is located on the main road via Corvo therefore there are no steps to climb to enter the house, a rare quid in Positano. The house is located in the "Chiesa nuova" district and enjoys a splendid view of the sea and the entire town. The house is located 300 meters from the International bar of Positano with its bars and minimarkets, and small restaurants, a lively area.
The house is a corner of paradise located "in the upper Positano", with the privilege of being able to choose both an alternative holiday, off the beaten track.
The house has: internal kitchen equipped and complete with all the necessary services such as induction plate, refrigerator, microwave oven and electric oven, kettle, etc.
The accommodation has a large double bedroom with a 40’ flat screen TV, an open wardrobe with fine details. Full bathroom with large shower cubicle, toilet, bidet and sink.
The large outdoor terrace enjoys a wonderful sea view, equipped with outdoor sunbeds, sofas and armchairs, shower, a perfect location for relaxing evenings and romantic dinners. The apartment has air conditioning, WiFi and an iron.
Check-in is available from 2.00 pm to 7.30 pm. For late check-ins after 7.30pm there is a supplement of €30 and €50 after 11pm.
Check-out must be carried out by 10.00 am.
