The villa lies in the residential area called San Montano, 4 km from Sorrento, in what was once a fishermen’s village and is now an agricultural center renowned for the production of a particular kind of lemon. It was a holiday resort long before the advent of modern tourism, with its houses and miniature gardens leading down towards the sea and with the island of Capri providing a spectacular backdrop. ALLEGATO: 70 m², large living room overlooking the sea with access to the patio fitted out for outdoor dining, a small kitchen, 1 double bedroom (the beds can be separated on request) with bathroom with bathtub, 1 double bedroom with access to patio overlooking the sea, 1 bathroom with shower. Shared access to the beach with 2 sunbeds TO BE NOTED: Guests have exclusive use of the villa and direct access to the beach via a staircase.
