Enjoy a refreshing dip in your sparkling outdoor pool, or surprise your beloved family and friends with a delicious barbecue using the vast grilling station with gas grills and a furnace. The extensive gazebo has several dining areas where you can enjoy your feasts alfresco. There is an additional outdoor dining area on the patio for extra space. Family meals have a totally different meaning now! Once mealtime is over, retreat to one of the hammocks or poolside loungers to rest while your friends challenge each other at a soccer game, a tennis match, or a basketball game. Then, you can cool down in the lounge area on the covered patio with a refreshing beverage. And when the sun sets, gather around the firepit to share all the hilarious and entertaining things that happened that day. The home offers a spacious open floor plan that seamlessly combines all living spaces into one. The inviting living room boasts cushy sofas and a large TV with cable. When mealtime comes, the fully-appointed kitchen has your back! Complete with all stainless steel appliances, you have everything you need to be the chef of the group and surprise them with delicious homemade meals. You can even try to cook a traditional Costa Rican dish! Things to Know Guests can request an additional cleaning during their stay for an additional cost. This has to be requested before check-in. This is a family home. To ensure the comfort and safety of all guests, we kindly request that only registered guests stay in the home during the booking duration. We do not allow any visitors, as we strive to create a peaceful and respectful environment for everyone. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in keeping this space safe and welcoming for all guests. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Air conditioning is only available in certain parts of the home. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. No permit needed
