Prepare anything from your morning coffee to full-course dinners in the open-concept kitchen. Then, dine indoors at the adjacent table or head outside for the perfect alfresco experience on your furnished deck. After meals, relax in the glow of the gas fireplace in the upper-level living area or head downstairs to the game room, where you can watch TV, play a few board games, or challenge one another to foosball or darts. This home also includes a private washer/dryer, and central air-conditioning. THINGS TO KNOW Home has two levels. Must exit the main level go out side down stairs to the lower level. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours.
