Bungalow Vibes is a two-bedroom House located in North Austin, just a few blocks away from Katherine Fleischer Park and Wells Branch Arts Integration Academy
The Space:
As you enter the house, you will encounter the living room, equipped with a large sofa and an indoor fireplace. Adjacent to it you will find the kitchen, which is fully equipped with top quality appliances and dinnerware. There is also a dining table set for up to four guests.
The first room you will find is the office, which has a desk & chair area, should you need some space to work, as well as a twin-size bed. The two bedrooms have a queen-size and a full-size bed, respectively.
Both bathrooms are fully equipped with rainfall showers, and one of them has a bathroom.

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
