The popular Lake House Restaurant is just around the corner – head down to the boathouse and launch the provided kayaks and paddleboards from the private dock and paddle down the cove for lakefront dining. There’s also a large raised lakefront deck, which offers alfresco dining and loungers. Steps lead down to a small beach area, and a gas grill and wood-burning firepit invite cookouts at home. Inside, contemporary-chic decor creates a sophisticated style, while a stone fireplace provides added warmth. Unwind into vacation mode and watch a movie in the living area. Cable is provided using a streaming app, and additional streaming services are available using your own accounts. Find everything you need to prepare delicious recipes in the fully equipped kitchen, where sleek stainless steel appliances contrast stylishly with royal blue cabinets. When you’re ready to eat, enjoy home-cooked meals in the sunny dining area, which features a natural wood picnic-style table and fantastic lake views. THINGS TO KNOW -This property has numerous stairs leading down to the house and down to the lake. Not all areas have hand rails. -Lake Lure is a man made lake that is drawn down 12 feet each winter season for maintenance. This will impact shorelines. Water will be back up to normal levels in mid April. -Please be sure to reach out directly to organizations/businesses for current hours of operation. -This property is managed by Property Manager North Carolina LLC. 2 dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
