Ty Melyn is a beautifully decorated two bedroom cottage sleeping four ( six on request from a sofa bed ) situated in the heart of Tenby less than a five minute walk to the centre of town and the many beaches. This property is one of very few in Tenby benefitting from off street parking.
You enter Ty Melyn into the light and airy open planned kitchen and living area. The modern kitchen is fully kitted out with everything needed for your stay including a washer/dryer, dishwasher and coffee machine. The living room has comfy seating to kick back and relax in front of the large smart TV, and sliding patio doors leading out onto the enclosed garden area with outdoor seating for four and a gas BBQ. Ty Melyn also has benefits from a downstairs toilet.

Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
