Relax by the private pool and spa, under the cedar-lined covered patio with the misting system to keep you comfortable in the Southern Utah summers. You can also take a moment to practice putting on the private putting green. Spend the evenings around the outdoor firepit table, exchanging stories from your day’s adventures.
The chef in your group will relish the gourmet kitchen with Bosch appliances and breakfast bar seating on the spacious center island. The fully stocked kitchen has everything needed to cook and serve a meal. There is plenty of room in the Butler’s pantry to store enough food for everybody in the house.

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- A signed lease agreement and a refundable security deposit is required.
