You may check in as early as 4 pm and must check out by 10 am. - For your convenience, we supply you with a limited starter kit of toilet paper, soap, paper towels, trash bags, and dishwasher detergent. There are several shops you can visit nearby to purchase supplies for the duration of your stay. - Due to the rural location of this property, cell phone reception may occasionally be spotty. - No RV or Trailer parking. - The community pool is open from Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day weekend from 8 am-9 pm. - There is no RV or trailer parking per the HOA. Renters can park their trailers across the street for only $5 per day by calling & making reservations with Wolfe Creek Rentals. You need to state you are parking at the Townsend Facility. **Please Note: The building is shared by other tenants. Guests will hear others coming and going from the building occasionally.
