A full bath which is handicap accessible with a roll in shower, wide door, and accommodating vanity is shared between the guest room offering a Queen bed and the common area. Both spaces are delightfully decorated and have access to the bottom deck. Also on this level, you will find the laundry room and entrance into the garage. As you head up to the next level you will be on the "bedroom" floor. There are 3 bedrooms on this level that have deck access. These include a Queen bedroom that shares a bath with a Queen and Twin bedroom, as well as the King Master suite. This suite is truly fit for a King as it offers a double vanity, soaking tub, and tiled shower. The other bedroom located on this level offers a Queen bed and private bath. Each bedroom is well-appointed, consistently updated, and comfortably furnished. As part of our Fresh Bed Promise all bed linens are laundered between guests, even the comforters. The third level is the main living area. This home has a large open living and dining area that can accommodate your family comfortably.
