<p>The area where the villa is situated is hilly and mountainous. To access the villa there is a path which is 100cm wide, leading to 20 steps to the front door, the front door is 90cm wide. The lounge door is 80cm wide and the kitchen/dining room door is 80cm wide. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door which is 200cm wide, the path to the pool is 200+cm wide. The pool/terrace grounds are paved and concrete, the area is flat but not even, there are gaps in the ground to create a stepping stone effect next to the pool. The pool has steps. There is 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom on the ground floor level, the bedroom door is 80cm wide and the bathroom door is 70cm wide, it is an ensuite shower type bathroom. There are 17 steps leading to the first floor level, on this level there is double bedroom with ensuite bathroom. The bedroom doors are 80cm wide and the bathroom door is 70cm wide, it is a shower type bathroom. There are steps leading to the lower ground floor level, on this level there is double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and a shower room.
