Sitting at the end of a cul-de-sac bordering the neighborhood’s beloved ’’turtle pond’’ this home is truly a sanctuary that offers a private pool with a unique point of view.
This beautiful 2 story home offers unique upgrades throughout. As you enter the home after just a few steps you will find that the living, dining, and kitchen offer an open floor plan. The kitchen is complete with soapstone countertops, a Viking stove, 2 sinks, and stainless-steel appliances.
On the main level there is a half bath as well as two guest rooms featuring Queen sized beds. The laundry/mud room is the second entrance from the driveway. As you move up the wide stairwell you will find 2 spacious, light filled guest rooms. One room is truly a master suite with a King bed and private bath. The other offers a private deck, two double beds and a shared bathroom with entry from the hall or bedroom. All of the bed linens are laundered between guests as part of our Fresh Bed Promise.
The decks which surround the home offer a variety of options from screened to simply covered and also the option for a quick private outdoor shower! The screened in porch is fully furnished and the perfect space to spend your entire vacation… out of the sun and enjoying an amazing variety of wildlife! The golf cart and propane grill are kept just off the side entrance to the home. This is also where the Electric J1772 car charging outlet is located. The newly installed private pool can also be heated during the Fall/Spring Seasons for additional $600/week.
The community of Property Manager offers a community pool and bathhouse, oceanside golf cart parking, community beach walkway, and a sound side dock for sunset viewing!

About the area
This home is located within the private community of Spinnaker’s Reach in Emerald Isle. The lively and very family friendly vibe is apparent as soon as you pass through the entrance- bright colored homes are sprinkled down the tree lined streets. The farthest distance from any home to the beach access is a maximum 0.8 miles. This translates into easy access to the community’s beach access and pool house from any property. The community offers golf cart parking at the community beach access as well as a pool house complete with covered picnic tables and restrooms.
The beaches along this portion of Emerald Isle can be easily walked, has the perfect place to park a chair and umbrella for the day, or even plenty of open surf to cast a line. Surf fishing is also a favorite past time during the Fall months.
Emerald Isle as a whole is very bicycle friendly- there is a bike path that connects Spinnaker’s Reach to all of Emerald Isle! It is a separate path and safe for riders of all ages. The nearest restaurants and nightlife are just over a mile away while the grocery stores are about 1.5 down the bike path as well. The center of town is just about 2.5 miles… and still connected by the bike path.
