- NOTE: Iron clay is present in the soil in the Poconos, and as we have well water, it is not at all uncommon to see some discoloration and sulfur smell in the water in our area. We have our water tested regularly to ensure its safety. We have our well-sanitized, treated, and flushed annually. We have a number of systems in place to ensure our water is safe and clean. We have 2 water filters that remove sediment, we have a water softer that works to remove minerals from the water, we have an acid neutralizing filter that protects the pipes, and therefore the water that flows through them by neutralizing the acid in the water and we have a whole house ultraviolet light water purification system in place that uses UV light to kill 99.99% of harmful microorganisms in water. All of the filers are replaced regularly on a set schedule. All systems are inspected at least annually or as needed by a water treatment specialist to ensure that they are working properly.

This property features 3 devices with exterior security cameras; 1 camera is located at the front door facing the front entry, 1 camera is on the back door, and 1 camera is located on the deck - all facing out. The cameras do not look into any interior spaces. The cameras capture live video when motion is detected by the device, but they do not record footage
- NOTE: A starter amount of wood is provided for the fireplace and fire pit, but if guests use it all, they will need to provide their own additional wood
