Come enjoy this property in one of the most centralized, quiet neighborhoods in Sedona before the owners retire here. After walking this neighborhood, the owners saw a family of seven javelinas, the same size as theirs, and they knew then, it was their future retirement home. Hence, the name the “Happy Javelina”.
This multi-level contemporary style home sits high in the neighborhood and every room catches a view of the Red Rocks and abundant foliage offering great seclusion, yet easy access to hiking trails. The Happy Javelina’s layout is fantastic as the private bedroom areas are separated in different directions from each other, for privacy and views. Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
