With an area of 693 m2, our villa with 3 bedrooms has 3 floors, and consists of an indoor area of 427 m2 with a living room, a bedroom, a bathroom, a WC, and a kitchen in the first floor, and 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a dressing room in the upper floor. The private the garden area of 266 m2 features a heated private pool of 37 m2 with sea water, a terrace with sunbed, dining table and garden furniture, and sunbathing and resting space. It also opens to the lagoon pool with freshwater. There is a billiard table, Turkish bath/steam room, sauna, jacuzzi, massage room with 2 beds, a gym, a 55” TV, a minibar, and a garden in the basement of the villa, which catches the sun.
The master bedroom features a super king bed of 200 x 200 cm, a dressing room, a makeup table & mirror, a safe deposit box, a minibar and a seating group.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
