Watermark Villa is a luxurious farm stay that boasts beautiful blues, be it the serene backwaters or the private swimming pool. Incepted during the pandemic, this holiday home elegantly marries modern luxury and the farm stay experience. The organic vegetable gardens, coupled with the typical farm animals residing on the premises of the property, such as ducks, hens, and goats, make for an experience unlike any other! Whilst, the well-sculpted gardens embellished with ornamental plants, paired with the cerulean private swimming pool ensure just the relaxation you are looking for. All wine aficionados can rejoice, as the famed wineries of the city lie a short cycle ride away from the home. To that effect, we provide: - Generator, inverter, AC, Wi-Fi - Wardrobe, hangers, torch  - Geysers, towels, toiletries - Medical kit, mosquito repellent - Barbecue, bonfire - Secured parking space for up to 10 cars and 10 bikes  This is not a wheelchair-friendly property. Pets are welcome. The Space: BEDROOMS - The home features a total of 7 well-furnished bedrooms - 4 on the ground floor and 3 on the first floor. - All bedrooms offer a spectrum of amenities to ensure your utmost comfort, including a king-sized bed, AC, Wi-Fi, wardrobe and ensuite bathrooms.  - 6 bedrooms offer an extra mattress, whereas the final bedroom offers an additional sofa bed. - One of the bedrooms on the ground floor also offers a TV.  - 1 of the bedrooms on the ground floor opens up to an attached patio, and 3 bedrooms open up to attached balconies offering serene panoramic lake views.  BATHROOMS - There are 7 attached bathrooms and 2 common bathrooms - 1 on the ground floor and 1 on the first floor. There is a powder room on the second floor as well.  - All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries. - A separate dressing area is offered in all the ensuite bathrooms.  - A bathtub and jacuzzi is offered in one of the ensuite bathrooms.  COMMON AREAS - There are 2 expansive living rooms - both on the first floor.  - Both drawing rooms are eloquently furnished with L-shaped sofas, offering seating for up to 12 people and 8 people respectively.  - Both living rooms offer amenities such as a TV, AC and Wi-Fi access. One of them is also equipped with a portable music system.  - One of the living rooms is also furnished with cosy bean bags and opens up to an attached balcony.  - There are 2 dining areas - both on the first floor.  - One of the dining areas is a part of the living room, and can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people.  - There is another separate dining room, that can comfortably seat up to 12 people.  - The lush green exteriors of the property feature landscaped gardens embellished with blooming flowers and a variety of trees.  - The lawns are 5000 sq. ft. and 100 sq. ft. in size respectively and offer ample seating arrangements.  - Guests can relax and enjoy a de-stressing soak in the infinity swimming pool, 30x12 ft. in size and 4.2 ft. in depth.  - The pool deck is furnished with sun-loungers and outdoor furnishings along with a coffee table.  - There is a private terrace, overlooking the unending landscapes of the surroundings. KITCHEN - There are 2 kitchens - 1 on the ground floor and 1 on the first floor. Guests only have access to the kitchen on the first floor for reheating purposes.  - It is equipped with a gas stove, refrigerator, water purifier, crockery and cutlery. FOOD - All vegetarian meals can be provided in-house at an additional cost of Rs. 1450 per person, per day.  - All non-vegetarian meals can be provided in-house at an additional cost of Rs. 1650 per person, per day.  - Please note that outside food and barbecue are not allowed inside the premises of the property. - Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.  GUEST ACCESS The guests have access to the entire villa except for the kitchen on the ground floor. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities. INTERACTION WITH GUESTS The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay. The caretaker will be available till 10 PM.  STAFF ACCOMMODATION We can provide accommodation for 2 male and 2 female staff members at an additional cost of Rs. 1000 per person, per day, exclusive of meal charges. The staff will be accommodated in the staff quarters.  ACTIVITIES This holiday home is swathed in green verdancy and absolute serenity. Within the property, guests can begin their days with a lazy morning stroll on the manicured lawns and enjoy a morning cuppa amidst a refreshing breeze. Gather your loved ones and play indoor games like Othello, carrom, table tennis, scrabble, mastermind, Business and Mikado Spiel. Snuggle with a book to read on the patios of the home, whilst you savour the soothing scene in front of you. Hop on the cycles that are at your disposal and wander through the peaceful bylanes of Nashik. Reserve the evenings for a relaxing dip in the infinity pool. Bask in the sun and unwind on the pool loungers and soak in the landscapes. Venture out and embark on treks and trails. Journey through the Gangapur backwaters on a boat and soak in the blissful scenery in front of you. Devour a lavish barbecue spread around the bonfire. End the day on the terrace, under a blanket of starry night skies. ADD-ON SERVICES - Bonfire can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs. 800 per session.  - Boat rides can be arranged at an additional cost.  - There are 5 bicycles at the premises of the property that can be used at no additional cost.  - Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates. HOME TRUTHS While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later! - Kindly note, there are ducks, rabbits, and hens residing at the property.  - The location of the villa is secluded.  - All-male groups are not allowed. - This is a pet-friendly property, however, pets are not allowed inside the villa or near the pool.  - In case of a power outage, the generator can support fans and lights for up to 6 hours and the inverter can support a few lights and fans for up to 4 hours.  - All mobile networks work fairly well here. - Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. - Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 9:30 PM. - There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas for security purposes.  - The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property.  - Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. HOUSE RULES - Alcohol consumption is allowed. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool.  - Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.  - Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool.  - We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering.  - Please note that outside food and barbecue are not allowed inside the premises of the property. - Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care. POLICIES - The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed. - The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking. - Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa. - All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival. - All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay. - Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement. - Any illegal activity is strictly not permitted. - Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted. - A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in.  - This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.  We look forward to hosting you soon.
