The Condo is a premium split level property, beautifully decorated and newly renovated. The top offer open plan living, complete with a modern kitchen (including all amenities), dining area and lounge area. There is also a bathroom with toilet and shower on this level. The upstairs opens out onto an expansive deck offering views over the Hauraki Gulf and Palm Beach.
Downstairs you will find 3 large bedrooms as well as a full bathroom with bath, shower and washing machine. The 3 bedrooms all have brand new and very comfortable beds complete with luxury linens and premium duvets. There is 1 x king bed that can be split into singles if required, along with 2 Queen beds and a further couch which is wonderful for extra guests.
The Condo comes equipped with smart TV, stereo, Free WiFi and free off street parking. The property is presented with a starter pack of luxury teas and coffees and basic consumables are also supplied, including shower gel, shampoo/conditioner, dishwashing liquid, salt, pepper, cooking oil etc...
The beds are finished in crisp, Eqyptian cotton linens and large fluffy white towels, face cloths and hand towels are supplied for every guest. This is a very comfortable quality property which we are sure you will enjoy.
The Condo is a privately owned unit that is situated within the Waiheke Island resort complex and we encourage you to make use of the other resort facilities. There is a fantastic pool and hot spa pools as well as a great bar and restaurant overlooking Palm Beach. These are open to the public subject to availability - occasionally they will be privately reserved for large groups. If having access to the pool is very important to your booking, please contact us to check availability prior to making your booking. A one off charge to access the pool and spa of $25 per booking applies, payable at the resort reception.
Please be advised that this Villa is located within the grounds of The Waiheke Island Resort, who are a separate company and not associated with Waiheke Unlimited. From time to time they run events, which can create some noise and may mean some facilities are reserved. These events are typically finished by 9pm (although some may run a little later) and are not something Waiheke Unlimited can control.
Waiheke Unlimited offers a wide range of services for the duration of your visit, including private in-house Chefs, daily housekeeping, beach towel hire, transport, tours and experiences, massage, child minding, port-a-cot and/or high chair hire, etc. Advance bookings required
