- This home is part of the Massanutten Property Owners Association (MPOA) and is governed by its rules and regulations, as well as federal and state laws and local ordinances. There are short-term rentals in all MPOA neighborhoods, but people also live here. Your nearby neighbors may be full-time residents, including families with children, retirees, or owners of second homes enjoying their retreat. Please respect their privacy and property rights, along with those of other guests in our private residential community
- Noise that is unreasonable in the judgment of MPOA or its designated agent is prohibited at any time. Quiet Hours are between 10 P.M. and 7 A.M
- All tires must be off the roadway. DO NOT BLOCK FIRE HYDRANTS! Our private neighborhood roads are "highways" for law enforcement purposes per Rockingham County ordinance
- Do not park adjacent to any other homes or lots unless this home's owner or property manager has told you he has explicit permission for you to do so. Parking rules violators may be subject to having their vehicles towed
- If you cannot park all your vehicles on this property or on the adjoining shoulder of the road, overflow parking is available at: the MPOA Owners' Swimming Pool parking lot at 4007 Peak Drive
- NOTE: Buses, campers and RVs may not be parked at houses or along neighborhood roads. With prior MPOA approval they may be parked in the overflow lot during your stay
- You are in an area that is at risk for wildfire! NEVER leave any outdoor fire unattended
- Open containers of alcohol are prohibited on any road or common area
- Pets are not allowed to run at large. They must be leashed at all times when off this property. Pet owners are required to clean up after their pets
- DO NOT place trash anywhere outside the house, including on screened porches. It will attract wildlife that could endanger you and damage the property
