Above The Vista sits above its sister property Vista Mar, a smaller but popular favorite of many of our guests. Above the Vista is a breath taking home with everything necessary to create the perfect vacation spot at the beach! Begin with the view which takes center stage across the front of the home. And sunrises you will enjoy, beyond words!
Upon entry you will find a set of private stairs to take you to Above the Vista. The stairway opens to a great room with spacious living room, nicely sized kitchen plus generous island, and dining area. There is a TV above the fire place (fireplace is not for guest use) that is a smart TV and can be seen from all rooms. Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- You must be at least 25 years of age in order to make a reservation. The person who makes the reservation must occupy the residence for the duration of the reservation.
