The excellence in wine production is the result of a deep knowledge of the land and of its characteristics studied and developed up to the family 5th generation of winegrowers. Being quite a large estate, it has some villas that have been recently restored and enriched with swimming pools and SPA. Ideal for a family holiday or a romantic couple holiday, the detached villas and the apartments above the wine cellars are deep into the estate and its nature. White roads lead you to the villas, silence and one of the most incredible views of the Tuscany’s countryside are the plus of this estate.

The distance to Castellina in Chianti is of about 10 minutes’ drive, allowing the food supply of delicious typical local food as such as meat, vegetables and fruits very handy and characteristic. The “Borgo” of Castellina in Chianti is a typical medieval village with narrow stone streets and antique buildings, excellent restaurants and grocery shops that are proud direct resale of the local farms and vegetable gardens. Positioned just 1km off the SP51 Castellina in Chianti, the Estate is reachable from a white road. In due course the details for the location of the villa will be shared and the driving it is very pleasant between vineyards and olive trees. The arrival time and welcome will be arranged in advance and both telephone number of the guest and the concierge personnel will have to be shared few days before arrival. the villa is supplied with linen and towels and there is also the bathroom essential for the first days of stay.Internet wireless is included and free of charge as well as all the utilities as such as air conditioning, electricity, gas and heating where needed.

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

  • Cancellation terms.
  • If you need to cancel your booking, the cancellation must be made in writing and will be effective from the date that we receive the cancellation.
  • It will be subject to the following charges and time frame:
  • – cancellation more than 30 days before the start date of the rental period will incur a charge of 0% of the rental payment.
  • – cancellation less than 30 days before the start date of the rental period will incur a charge of the total cost of the holiday less the Security Deposit (if already paid).
  • There will be no refund for early departure.

  • Check-in and check-out.
  • Normal Check-in hours are between 02:00 p.m. and 06:00 p.m., to be set by appointment in advance.
  • Check-out time is until 10:00 a.m. We can sometimes accommodate other requests, but we need to know as much in advance as possible.
  • There would possibly be a late check in surcharge.
  • The meeting point is provided at the address of the house you have booked. A member of our team will welcome you to let you visit the house and describe all the services.

  • The City Tax is not included in the price. It must be paid on the spot at check-in.
  • No smoking and candle.
  • Guests are not allowed to smoke within the house.
  • No pets or animals.
