Bibbiano is a wine estate in the Chianti Classico region and in the heart of Tuscany. It has been owned by the same family since 1865. The excellence in wine production is the result of a deep knowledge of the land and of its characteristics studied and developed by the family’s 5th generation of winegrowers. Being quite a large estate, it has some villas that have been recently restored and prepared for hosting nature and wine lovers. White roads lead you to the villas, silence and one of the most incredible views of the Tuscany’s countryside are the plus of this estate.

The Neighborhood

The view is fantastic, overlooking the valley of Colle Val d’Elsa, the apartment’s windows have a very stretching panorama as the low hill, over which is the estate, is about 300 meters high and have a good predominant position. The opportunity to book the different experiences linked with the wine and food of the region is an excellent top up to the rental that will makes your holiday unforgettable. Private parking is available and included in the price.

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

House Rules

  • Cancellation terms.
  • If you need to cancel your booking, the cancellation must be made in writing and will be effective from the date that we receive the cancellation.
  • It will be subject to the following charges and time frame:
  • – cancellation more than 30 days before the start date of the rental period will incur a charge of 0% of the rental payment.
  • – cancellation less than 30 days before the start date of the rental period will incur a charge of the total cost of the holiday less the Security Deposit (if already paid).
  • There will be no refund for early departure.

  • Check-in and check-out.
  • Normal Check-in hours are between 02:00 p.m. and 06:00 p.m., to be set by appointment in advance.
  • Check-out time is until 10:00 a.m. We can sometimes accommodate other requests, but we need to know as much in advance as possible.
  • There would possibly be a late check in surcharge.
  • The meeting point is provided at the address of the house you have booked. A member of our team will welcome you to let you visit the house and describe all the services.

  • City Tax.
  • The City Tax is not included in the price. It must be paid on the spot at check-in.
  • No smoking and candle.
  • Guests are not allowed to smoke within the house.
  • No pets or animals.
  • No animals are allowed inside the house.
  • House cleaning before and after guest stays.
  • We carefully clean and prepare every house before guests arrive and after they check-out. If you wish, you may request extra towels and cleaning services for a fee. You can require the extra daily cleaning service.
