ADDITIONAL INFORMATION- The bonus room and bedroom 4 are smaller-sized rooms- This 2-story home requires exterior steps to enter and interior stairs to access all bedrooms and bathrooms located on the 2nd floor- The max occupancy of 10 guests is strictly enforced at all times as the home runs on well water and does not have the capacity for more guests- The 2 twin folding cots are available upon request. Reach out to the Guest Contact- Power outages may occur during heavy rainstorms and strong winds.- Your safety matters. This property features 2 exterior security cameras. Camera 1 is in the back facing the patio and camera 2 is in the front facing the porch and entryway. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras actively record video or sound while guests are in residence- The main house and the stone house share a 9x9-foot wall, creating a common boundary between the two spaces. The shared wall faces the living room of the main house and features a locked door. This setup ensures complete privacy and will not disrupt your personal space
