A Spanish Colonial Revival first crafted in 1927 for a famed fashion designer, the home has recently been lovingly renovated — retaining all of its original architectural features — and is now a featured estate on the Palm Springs Historical Society Celebrity Homes Tour. Celebrity residents included Bing and Dixie Crosby, Sammy Davis Jr., and many others. Once owned by the Douglas family, the home even retains the pool table handcrafted for movie star Kirk Douglas.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
- Guests who book a home or villa that is located in the state of California may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 24-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 3 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
