"Amarela17, the dream house in a perfect location!
Spacious and roomy, in a fabulous location in the historic centre of Tavira, this house with four bedrooms and four bathrooms is situated on a quiet street, with a terrace and an inner courtyard, two reception rooms, swimming pool and garage. Together with these amenities and being less than a minute’s walk from the Tavira island ferry, this wonderfully luxurious house is one of the most sought after in Tavira!
The Yellow 17 was completely rebuilt in 2022/2023, equipped and furnished to the highest level, taking into account comfort and practicality, while maintaining its historical character.
With capacity for eight people, it has four bedrooms and four bathrooms, one of which is private with a bathtub and shower. The double beds in two of the rooms can be converted into single beds, and all windows in the bedrooms and bathrooms are equipped with mosquito nets. The beds are extremely comfortable, with pure white cotton bedding and soft or firm pillows to choose from.
The inner courtyard has a sofa, armchairs and a dining table under an illuminated pergola. On the terrace, a pool with two sun loungers, a table and café-style chairs. Yoga mats and Turkish bath towels are available for the pool and beach.
An elegant living/dining room with access to the patio and a television/games/office room that features a large smart TV and a built-in desk, making this a versatile space perfect for those who need a workspace during their stay. Wi-Fi access is fast and available throughout the house.
The kitchen is fully equipped with Bosch appliances, a large American fridge/freezer, dishwasher, two ovens (a combined microwave), a Nespresso frother, a coffee machine, a large pantry and a cosy corner for breakfast. It also has an integrated tap with a cold water filter, so there is no need to buy mineral water bottles, which is a great bonus.
A laundry with a washing machine, tumble dryer and a beverage refrigerator. And a garage (note that the door is 2.15 m wide) which has a Type 2 charging socket for electric cars.
Note: Public works are currently ongoing on the property’s street and access roads, as part of a municipal project to improve local infrastructure. The interventions may cause noise, dust or restrict access to the property, within the hours permitted by law for this type of work (08h - 20h).
