- This 2-story home requires stairs to access
- Your safety matters. This property features 3 exterior security cameras: 1 camera is located on the front of the house facing out, 1 camera is on the back of the house facing out, and there is a Ring Doorbell device with an exterior security camera facing the front outdoor entry. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The Ring Doorbell records video and sound when activated by motion. It will record when it first senses motion and 30 seconds after the last motion is detected. The other 2 cameras are disabled and do not actively record video or sound while guests are in residence
- Please note that the on-site lake is non-motorized. The 2nd lake nearby is motorized; however, guests cannot bring their own boats
- There is no lifeguard on duty
- The community outdoor pool is open seasonally
