Your vacation home includes a fully equipped kitchen, plus a quaint living room designed for relaxation. There is a 40"" flat screen TV and board games for your enjoyment. The well appointed kitchen has lots of counter space and is fully equipped with everything needed to prepare your gourmet meals. There are two bedrooms with queen beds, a small office with an expandable daybed. One bathroom has a tub/shower combo, second bath has shower only.
This darling home is a little gem under the oak trees, there is a deck with table for 4 to enjoy the peaceful surroundings.

Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
- Guests who book a home or villa that is located in the state of California may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 24-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 3 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- **If you've booked through the Airbnb platform, we do require a $1,000.00 security deposit. Please note you do not pay the deposit when making the reservation. You will only be charged if Woodfield Properties requests to collect on the security deposit. Depending on what issues occurred during the stay, such as damages and/or disregard for the agreed upon terms in the rental agreement and house rules, the amount requested may or may not be the same as the security deposit. Requests for the partial or full deposit will be made through the Resolution Center on Airbnb.**
