Tour around the local towns to discover historical landmarks, and shops, and taste Maine’s world-famous lobster. There are also local kayak, canoe, and paddleboard rentals with delivery and pickup! Upon entry, you’ll be met with a bright interior and a warm feeling of welcome throughout the space. Feel right at home with the nautical-themed decor and the plush furniture to hold a great conversation or watch TV. Hobby chefs will love preparing culinary charms in the full kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances and a quaint breakfast bar. Two comfortable bedrooms and a living room futon ensure that everyone will get a comfortable night’s rest after the day’s activities. While the sun sets, host a barbecue on the patio or roast marshmallows at the firepit while the stars come out to dot the sky. Some of the upgrades include new exterior paint, a door, a ramp for easy access, a new water heater, and a new water filtration system. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. 1 dog(s), weighing 30lbs or less, are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
