Inside, this impeccably decorated and newly updated home features a fantastic kitchen, a dining table with comfortable seating for six, and an inviting living area with a large window overlooking the sound. Start each morning with a steaming cup of coffee and a classic breakfast whipped up in the full kitchen, and enjoy it on the large wrap-around deck, boasting unobscured views of Puget Sound that will put you at ease in no time. Extra perks include a private washer and dryer, high-speed WiFi, and streaming capabilities. With so much to see and do here at Eagle Eye Retreat, you may just find this to be a family tradition to experience it all! THINGS TO KNOW Streaming is available with guests’ own accounts. There is no direct beach at this time. Please do not attempt to use the stairs leading down to the beach, as they are not safe. 4 dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. More information can be found from the "Additional rules" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
