Parker House is a classic New England Victorian just steps from downtown Camden. Part of the Camden Historic District, the original details have been preserved while updated for modern living. This wonderful vacation rental home is perfect for families and a short walk from downtown Camden’s restaurants, shops, public library, harbor, and schooner excursions. Enter from the side porch directly into the centrally located, sunny kitchen with a fairly open floor plan and dining area for smaller gatherings. Directly off the kitchen is a dining room with a new larger dining table that has seating for 10. Off the dining room is a study and a comfortable living room with a TV. The stairs to the second floor are in the hallway off the living room. The primary bedroom and bathroom are located off the other side of the kitchen down a small hallway. Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
