Forest Hideaway
If you’ve been looking for the perfect Western North Carolina log home for your next getaway, you’ve found with this charming two-bedroom cabin tucked into the trees on almost two secluded acres. Expect all of the quintessential cabin details - knotty-pine paneling, soaring ceilings, hardwood floors, natural-wood and native-rock accents, and a gas fireplace. Outside, you’ll love spending time on the huge, covered deck with beautiful mountain views.
Inside, the well-equipped kitchen features a full suite of stainless steel appliances and plenty of counter space. Grab a bite together at the dining table for six, and then head out to explore. You’ve got easy access to hiking, mountain biking, skiing, rafting, Great Smoky Mountains National Park, and shopping and restaurants in Waynesville, Cherokee, and Bryson City. When you return, get the gas fireplace going to keep it cozy, or turn on the central AC to cool down. Entertainment options include free WiFi, cable, and board games, but the best entertainment of all is heading back outside to the deck to relax in the quiet night air.
