This single-level home enjoys a beautiful location in Moab’s Rim Village, where it sits within sight of stunning red rock cliffs. You’ll be a few hundred yards from the Rim Village outdoor pool and hot tub, six miles south of bustling downtown Moab, and a short and scenic drive from world-class outdoor recreation. Arches and Canyonlands National Parks are only 11 miles and 36 miles away, respectively.
Leave your cars in the garage or driveway and step inside to find 1,596 square feet of interior living space, centrally air-conditioned for your comfort. Beneath the living room’s lofty ceilings, you can curl up by the gas fireplace (the first of two), stream Netflix favorites on TV, and grab a drink from the minifridge in the bar nook. The living room opens to a lovely farm table for eight, a breakfast bar for two, and a kitchen with every essential (including a dishwasher for easy cleanup).
Another 1,000 square feet of living space await outside on the patio, where you can barbecue on the gas grill, dine with a mountain view, and recount the day’s adventures around the gas fire table. When it’s time to turn in, leave your clothes in the care of the private washer/dryer and retire to one of three inviting bedrooms. The primary bedroom suite includes its very own gas fireplace, a TV set upon the hearth, and direct access to the patio.
