The beach shuttle runs Saturdays and Sundays, Memorial Day, July 4th, and Labor Day. The 2024 fee for renter wristbands is $38 per person per week. Renter wristbands must be purchased and worn by all renters, age six (6) and above, while using our amenities, including the pools, Clubhouse/Fitness Center, and sports courts. This policy applies from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day. Renters gain access to the Clubhouse and pools using homeowner access cards. The replacement cost for lost access card is $50. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours.
