Call for cost and details. The perfect place for some getaway family fun. Whitegate Lodge sits back off Vanocker Canyon on the way to Dalton Lake. This home has been completely remodeled and will give space for all to enjoy. This six-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bath home also has two separate kitchens and living areas to allow time together and smaller space for those that wake early or stay up late. Two special loft areas have been created for the kids to escape to make many memories. Head outside to savor views of the valley from the large deck off the great room and kitchen. The deck has ample seating and a gas firepit, and you can cook up your favorite barbecue on the grill. If you bring the kids, they can romp around the yard, play on the swing set, or enjoy an adventurous hike. Don’t forget to take the crew over to Dalton Lake, located just a few miles down the road! THINGS TO KNOW This property is managed by Property Manager South Dakota LLC. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 10 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
