This fantastic cabin is located in the Eagle Crest development off Maitland Road between Spearfish and Deadwood. this property has a two-car garage, central AC, free WiFi, custom large decks, and private decks off the primary bedroom and main-floor bedroom. There are beautiful custom wood floors throughout the main floor and upper level, custom hard surface countertops in the kitchen, and a large dining room. The expansive deck, located off the dining room, provides plenty of seating for those beautiful spring, summer, and fall evenings in the Black Hills. Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
