This fantastic cabin is located in the Eagle Crest development off Maitland Road between Spearfish and Deadwood. this property has a two-car garage, central AC, free WiFi, custom large decks, and private decks off the primary bedroom and main-floor bedroom. There are beautiful custom wood floors throughout the main floor and upper level, custom hard surface countertops in the kitchen, and a large dining room. The expansive deck, located off the dining room, provides plenty of seating for those beautiful spring, summer, and fall evenings in the Black Hills. Smell the pine and hear the rustling of the quaky aspens while relaxing on the deck. The hot tub is on the main deck. Make some memories in the fantastic family room complete with a pool table and shuffleboard table, a custom bar with a beverage refrigerator, and a bar height table. Watch your favorite game or movie on the large flatscreen TV in the family room or let yourself be mesmerized by the fireplace. Bring your ATVs, as you can take off right from the cabin to some amazing trails in the beautiful Black Hills Forest. THINGS TO KNOW This property is managed by Property Manager South Dakota LLC. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours.
