Stage Coach It’s time to start your vacation in the Black Hills of South Dakota! Stage Coach Lodge offers the perfect central location for all the local attractions. Located in Apple Springs in beautiful Boulder Canyon between Sturgis and Deadwood on hole number 17 of Boulder Canyon Country Club (open to the public). This 4,000+ square foot home gives plenty of room for all to enjoy! The upper loft includes two bedrooms, a bath, and a sitting area. The main floor features an open kitchen, great room, half bath, main suite, and office space (just in case you need to work while taking a little time away). The lower level has a large wet bar, pool table, a fourth bedroom, and a full bath. Walk out to the patio to enjoy the private outdoor hot tub and the open skies. Throughout different seasons, the deer and turkey will come by to say hello on a regular basis. The gas firepit on the deck provides guests with a great spot to enjoy the outdoors, share incredible memories, and simply have fun with your loved ones. THINGS TO KNOW There are three queen sofa beds available This is a townhome in a quiet neighborhood. This property is managed by Property Manager South Dakota LLC. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
