The crown jewel of the property is the private, covered pool and pool spa for your enjoyment, equipped with plenty of outdoor furniture for the whole group to enjoy. Upon entry in this spacious home you’ll immediately notice the elegant decor and airiness throughout. An open-concept floor plan, your group won’t get lost and you’ll always be in on the great conversation. Newly renovated throughout, every inch shows a decorator’s touch, designed for comfort and luxury. The brilliant dining area is sophisticated with a large table set for eight. Enjoy prepping fantastic meals and on-the-go snacks for your group in the open and full kitchen, complete with a floating island, breakfast bar, coffee bar, and access to the living area so you don’t have to miss your shows on the large, wall-mounted TV. There are five charming bedrooms to choose from all boasting comfortable beds and something unique to the room: One room has another wall-mounted TV, one has access to the lanai balcony, and one has a treadmill, but all have stunning views as there are no backyard neighbors! The laundry room is located upstairs by the bedrooms for convenience. The master suite has exquisite french doors onto the balcony and an en-suite bathroom with a vanity-style countertop and double sinks, but the best feature is that it is connected to the nursery, so the little guests are never far away. Soak the sunscreen off in the standalone tub or luxurious walk-in shower. Enjoy plenty of entertainment in the garage where books, life jackets, pool floats, and table tennis can be found! THINGS TO KNOW Crib provided for little guests. Pool heat is available for a minimum of 3 nights between October and May for an additional fee of $32 per day plus tax. 3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. 1 dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. 3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in. Guests can contact Property Manager after booking to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
