Dragonfly Paradise

This ocean view home with a private pool is hidden in one of the best spots in all of St. Augustine. You’ll experience Crescent Beach like the locals do, less than a minute’s stroll from one of the top surfing spots on St. Augustine Beach and just south of Matanzas Inlet, which draws anglers from all over Florida. Dragonfly Paradise is tucked in at the end of a culdesac, right next to the ocean and the Intercoastal Waterway. There are five outdoor porches where you can watch the sun come up over the Atlantic Ocean or the full moon rise in the evening. The expansive sundeck is perfect for sunbathing or grilling your fresh catch. While the property is listed as a threebedroom, there are many unique sleeping options here. The ground floor features two bedrooms, a beautifully renovated bathroom, and a living room. Upstairs, find a second living area, a dining room, and a wellappointed kitchen. The deck on this floor is the perfect place to eat dinner with a great ocean view. The primary bedroom suite is upstairs on the third floor, offering a private balcony and an adjacent library with a Murphy bed. This house is fantastic, but most of the fun is found right down the lane on the beach. You can also walk around the corner to the Matanzas Inlet, where the fishing is fantastic. September is the season redfish come through the inlet to the Intercoastal when they’re running, you can see 30 or more anglers reeling them in. An added bonus There’s very little public parking here, so it’s never crowded.
