Nautical Dream
Nautical Dream is a fantastic vacation rental for families to enjoy this summer. It is also a great choice for the fall, winter, and spring months. Boasting amazing ocean views, an open floorplan, spacious bedrooms, screened-in porch, deck, and direct access to the beach.
Two levels of living space with three bedrooms located on each. The main upper-level living area has a large screen TV and is open to the spacious kitchen with a countertop bar and bar seating. A large dining table to create memorable family gatherings. The well-equipped kitchen with all your cooking needs includes a large pantry for food storage. A king suite with a full bath and a TV is beautifully decorated and has access to a back deck for enjoying the sights and sounds. Two additional king bedrooms, both with a TV, and one with sliding glass doors to the deck both have access to a full hallway bath.
The lower level has a den with large screen TV, as well as a foosball table for inside fun. Three bedrooms (a queen room and two bunk rooms perfect for teens and tweens) have access to a full hallway bath. All six bedrooms have smart TVs with cable. There is a convenient laundry room. An outside shower and the beach are right in your backyard! The house was professionally decorated and renovated in 2020, to include all new flooring, paint, bathrooms, bedding, appliances, and furnishings. Walking distance to Sandbridge Island Restaurant and Sandbridge Market where you can pick up their signature donuts for breakfast. Amenities include WiFi, Ping-Pong, foosball, and an outside shower.
