Three upstairs bedrooms include one with an en suite bathroom and another with a private, furnished balcony. THINGS TO KNOW Access to the front door is via a flight of exterior stairs. Please note this neighborhood strictly prohibits overnight trailer and boat parking. This property is managed by Property Manager South Carolina, LLC. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
