The Home
Vacation Court is a spacious lodge located right off of Hwy 14A between Deadwood and Sturgis in Apple Springs, and adjacent to the Boulder Canyon Golf Course and overlooks the back 9 holes. The lodge offers a spectacular view of Pillar Peak and the surrounding Black Hills National Forest. Nearby are ponds, a hiking-biking trail in the Meadows, and a BH National Forest Trailhead two miles from the Lodge. Guests will find a covered, semi-private lower-level patio and hot tub area. The large upper deck has an oversized patio table and built-in natural gas grill with granite countertops. Four bedrooms with king-size beds and cable TVs plus four additional twin-size beds. The dining table can seat up to 12 plus four on the island. The fully equipped kitchen includes a Keurig and Bunn coffee makers, a beverage fridge adjacent to the patio as well as two ice makers in the refrigerator. Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
