Summer on the Cape
Find generous space both inside and out at this five-bedroom home in Mashpee, where large rooms, a sun-splashed deck, and an expansive, tree-lined yard create an ideal setting for a summer on Cape Cod.
This home sits just south of Falmouth Road between the towns of Mashpee and Cotuit, only a few miles from lovely beaches, the Mashpee National Wildlife Refuge, and a number of excellent golf courses. As you return home each afternoon, you’ll be greeted by an outdoor shower, a deck overlooking the backyard, and a gas grill and a well-equipped kitchen to assist with summer barbecues. There’s even a firepit for s’mores after dinner.
Back inside, take your pick of spots to relax. Choose a Netflix favorite to watch on the sectional sofa in the living room, set up a board game at the large dining room table, or retreat to the game room for a night of Ping-Pong and air hockey. When it’s time to turn in, you’ll find one bedroom on the main floor and four more (including a primary suite with a private bathroom and its own spiral staircase leading down to the living room) upstairs.
