Fully remodeled in March 2022, this bright space boasts ocean views throughout the entire home. The modern, open layout is perfect for connecting with family and friends. After morning coffee on the balcony, you can easily whip up some breakfast in the updated kitchen and dine together at the breakfast bar. When it’s time to head out, you’re steps away from the boardwalk, restaurants, shops, and the beach. The community pool is open from April 15 – October 15 and there’s a foosball table in the common space as well. End the day in the cozy living room with a little TV. Can’t agree on what to watch? No problem – each bedroom has a TV as well, and all feature free cable. Extra perks include high-speed WiFi, central AC, and a private washer/dryer. THINGS TO KNOW An elevator is available to access this condo. Private community beach access is available for guests. The full kitchen does not feature a dishwasher. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
