Before and after each villa rental, we have enhanced our cleaning processes in accordance with World Health Organization (WHO) guidelines. All areas of each property, including high contact areas such as door handles, faucets and light switches are first cleaned and then disinfected with bleach-based cleaning agents. The disinfectants are left to soak for at least 10 minutes to get the full benefit of the disinfection. 2) Cleaning times have been extended to reflect the above. 3) Access to our properties is through a key box, so there is no direct contact upon arrival. Keys are disinfected after each stay. 4) All our towels and sheets are professionally provided and cleaned by Elis, an international textile, hygiene and facilities service with years of experience, present in 28 countries in Europe and Latin America. 5) All beds and pillows have protective covers.
