- NOTE: Your safety matters. There are 2 external cameras located on the northwest corner of the patio roof. One is pointed at the swim deck and boat, the other at the driveway. They do not look into any interior spaces
- NOTE: AWD or 4WD is required (No 2WD trucks). Some spots along the driveway are rather steep and the drive is gravel and occasionally has ruts from rain runoff. There is one spot at the top of the driveway before the gate to park a trailer. The driveway is approximately 0.4 miles long
- NOTE: All additional items provided for guest enjoyment are to be used at their own risk. The owner does not guarantee the use of these items due to the possibility of a previous guest causing damage that the owner may be unaware of or needs time to replace the item
